This project involved renovations to a 19th century house damaged by a devastating fire. Located in a tight village setting, the property includes a brick-paved garden with twin entry doors. Renewed interior spaces included a new kitchen linked to an open mud room, a book-lined library, bathrooms and “found space” in the attic for bedroom and office. Cozy interiors feature a pop of bold colors, and the open space of the top floor offers surprising views of the harbor and surrounding village.
