PROJECT MANAGEMENT

An Owner’s Representative acts as an Owner’s “eyes and ears” during a construction project. Especially useful when a project is large and complex, they bring construction expertise to a process that can feel foreign to some Owners. The Owner’s Representative monitors progress to ensure expectations are met regarding construction quality, schedule, and budget. They work alongside design professionals and Construction Managers to observe, report, and advise throughout the project life cycle.
