Lofty Customized Space

The task for this project was to transform a small outbuilding into an exercise studio. The space is now open to a series of roof trusses making its modest size feel lofty. The window wall is lined with wood and gives a view into a large garden. The studio is equipped with a wet bar and an outdoor shower is accessed via a bluestone walk. Special attention was paid to the path through the woods making the journey from the main house as much of the experience as the studio itself.
